Green spaces take longer and cost more to design but they have better design for light, glare, IAQ, acoustics, comfort, energy efficiency or net zero, and resiliency. So while it takes longer and costs a bit more to design and build them, they should demand a 20% premium as you live more comfortably or in the case of commercial space be more productive, comfortable, and healthy.
